Q: Are the properties covered by CC&Rs?
A: Yes. As with all planned developments, Santiago Estates
have Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions under which the
properties are governed. See the link in the column to the
right to view a .PDF file copy.
Q: Are rentals available?
A: While some properties are rented by their owners, the
Homeowner's Association receives no information on availability.
